This coffee, full of natural sweetness, is made from sun-ripened, yellow coffee cherrieswith a high sugar content. The hand-picked coffee cherries undergo a brief fermentation and are then slowly dried for approximately 15 days at high altitudes in the Andes.
The result: a sensual, fruity coffee with seductive notes of ripe plum, dark chocolate, and a hint of vanilla — velvety, round, and lingering on the palate.
